[00:01:19] Speaker B: So.
[00:01:20] Speaker A: So in your opinion, what is the best piece of advice you would give to someone just starting out in your industry?
[00:01:27] Speaker B: It can be not one, but I would have a few ideas to share because I think there is a challenging market. There's a lot of people since COVID who are out there doing their best to coach people or be a practitioner or all kinds. But I believe as long as you create a unique product and I call this the no brainer deal where your audience or your prospects are getting clear about their problems and it's really specific and point based results, then you will have a pretty good chance to take them from A to B.
And I do have a couple more ideas also I wanted to share. I think there's millions of coaches out there on the Internet online and I don't think it's a good idea to call yourself a coach because of you want to find a brand that stands out that that make you unique and different from everyone else. But that offer I think is absolutely key. Shall I go on?
[00:02:49] Speaker A: Yeah, please.
[00:02:51] Speaker B: Yeah. Okay.
The other one is I believe in educating people and I get to see. I just shared a post yesterday that most of my clients are completely misdiagnosing their own challenges. So they come to see me about, oh, I've got this health challenge or my business is not going well or my relationships are failing and I tend to find the roots of their challenges not in that area of life. It's a time, say a subconscious Limitation that plays out many areas of life. And I, I believe then a responsibility if you want to stand out.
We need to help audience to become aware of the, the true problem that they are having because if they are trying to fix symptoms then they will waste years or decades like myself.
So I think there is a responsibility that comes with someone who is serious about making change and bringing new results to people.
So I believe education and I think the best is to give it for free and invite more people because it always resonates with someone.
Probably easiest way to start is look at your old self, look at who you've been 5, 10, 15 years ago and check in with the journey that you've done and then talk to that old version of you. So then you will have a lot of clients. It's fairly simple. But again, the challenge is how will you go back to that old mindset. But if you have been through struggles and pain, then you have pretty good stories to tell and you've got to share your own personal struggles because that's the way to connect with, you know, people around the world. And luckily now there's no restrictions with this Internet and zoom.
We are able to talk to people on other continents. Right. So never think of limitations if you are running an online business.
[00:05:36] Speaker A: Did you have anything you said about.
I'm sorry, I love what you said about look at yourself years ago and see where you were at and then poke at those people and you can find your target and also to give education for free. I think that if you educate people on what you do, you will not only help them but also attract them to be like, oh, tell me more about this, can you please help me? And then they will be like, let me give me give you some money so that you can solve these problems for me. And that comes back to the first thing that you mentioned about getting specific on the results that you get so that you can point your clients from A to B.
[00:06:21] Speaker B: Yeah, Specific examples like I had a lady from Australia coming to me and she had issues around her business and when I was working out the problem, there was no business challenge at all. She was taking care of everyone else.
It was the people pleasing attitude. And yeah, old programming was taking all her efforts away from her business. And when we were able to solve that then, now she is in charge of her life and business again. And another one was she was not connecting everything. It was a sales issue when we had sort of deep dive. Then I give away these free sessions. That's the other thing too. Like I Believe in giving a free experience and then check whether is this the client I want to work with? Is this someone I can help with?
But the biggest one is, is then guarantee your results because then it's absolutely a no brainer which I do both.
So this woman was having challenges around sales and realized she's been so judging.
She picked this up from mom and she's been doing this for over 30 years. And of course when you are judging and labeling people as silly or stupid then they will piss you off. There won't be any, you know, your bottom line will suffer at that point. And when she has started to connect with her clients, they started to refer more, more clients and referrals and reviews just started to roll in, in the hundreds.
[00:08:08] Speaker A: What I take away from this is like one, one advice that I took away here is connect with your audience and connect with your clients.
And then when you connect authentically, they will just keep coming back and they will just keep referring you.
[00:08:29] Speaker B: I think there's one, one more clue here and this must be taken very seriously. Like I said, give a free experience. Or maybe your team could give and you scale a free experience. You need to train them, then guarantee the results. So it's really a unique proposition but also you must get amazing results. And I'm part of the leadership team in the six star Business leaders.
It's a community, we have members all around the world. And you want to give six star. Not, not a five star like I, I always rather promise a bit lower and then over deliver because then there is ecstasy and joy at the end and at times do that extra mile, you know that free call when they are stuck.
[00:09:28] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:09:29] Speaker B: Not actually a session and, and it can take half an hour here and there with that message. When they are, I call them toilet breakthroughs. When you know they are, they are triggered. They are running into the next toilet and you're trying to help them where they are at that very moment when that, when they need help, not necessarily when the call is scheduled for next time. I hope that makes sense.
[00:09:55] Speaker A: Yeah, just lead with value.
I think you are leading with value. You're giving a lot of value here. So if, and I mean, I'm sorry Andre, tell us about who you serve and how people can reach out to you.
[00:10:15] Speaker B: I'm serving business owners, business leaders predominantly. But interestingly I do have this interesting mom's niche that I have not shut down because I, I believe, well the word is on moms and, and I think if they are in the stepping into their power then then we are in good hands for the future. But mostly business owners, business leaders and I help them to release the things that they have not been aware of yet they've been holding themselves back with and then have them to take charge and get results and get on stages and charge what they were, set their prices as they want so they can multiply the impact and lives in, in life and business.
